Cory Demmel
Pastor Cory serves BMC as the Executive Director and has been on staff since 2003. In addition to overseeing BMC, he is the Youth Pastor of our church. His love for God is contagious and his heartbeat is to love people. Whether he is playing racquetball, cheering on the Husker’s, teaching students, or spending time in God’s presence, Pastor Cory does it with passion and enthusiasm.

Rebecca Demmel
Rebecca serves BMC as the Director of Girls’ Discipleship and has been on staff since 2003. With 10 years of Master’s Commission experience, Rebecca has a wealth of knowledge and wisdom about directing the program. The time she spends listening to young women and encouraging them to live in God’s truth is invaluable. Her commitment and love for her Heavenly Father is beautiful.

Herb Thompson
Pastor Herb serves BMC as the Program Director and oversees Guys’ Discipleship. He has been on staff since 2005. His unique style of leadership empowers others to go further in their relationship with God and be more than they have ever dreamed. He also serves as the Young Adult Pastor for our church and oversees the various small groups. He is one the most powerful and inspiring communicators of our generation.

Alyssa Trageser
Alyssa serves BMC in the areas of Administration, Finances, and Student Life. She has been on staff since 2007. Her ability to coordinate and organize various aspects of the program keeps BMC running smoothly. As she continues to grow her intimate relationship with God, her ability to disciple and develop young women has become a second nature.

Ryan Trageser
Ryan Trageser serves BMC as the Assistant Director. This allows him to run the day to day aspects of the program and be a sort of point person for any question that students have. His ability to organize and implement new ideas is only surpassed by his heart for students to fully become who God created them to be.

Josh Schaberg
Josh Schaberg serves BMC in the areas of Worship and Creative Ministries. His heart to give God the glory for creativity and performance is highly contagious as he pushes the limits of everyone’s creative potential. Through worship, dance, and many other creative elements, he is able to challenge the way creative ministry is thought about and accomplished within the church.

Nolan Evans
Nolan Evans serves as the Support Staff of BMC. He is involved in many ways as he assists the Staff in most of the projects and areas of ministries they oversee. Whether he is helping students with their academics, managing BMC’s social media, or painting a project in the basement, he always strives to honor God with excellence.
